Qualified with the institute of Natural Healing & with a private practice in Newport, South Wales. Member of the BABCP (British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies). Qualified to full Diploma, not 'certificate' as a lot of therapists tend to be. 

Trained in all aspects of counselling, as to specialise would mean limiting the people one could help. Currently doing work with Social Services, counselling children & young people in care for various reasons.

Offering highly competitive rates compared to many other counsellors within in Gwent. Therefore many people can receive help as is possible, not only those that can afford it.

We like to feel that in order to help others we have to empathise with them & truly understand exactly what is ailing them. In order to do this, clients are given full attention at all times in a friendly & relaxed atmosphere.

 Not everybody has the extended family of long ago & in today’s busy world it is sometimes hard to find a person not only to talk to, but who will actually listen.
