Diets? Who needs them!!
Picture this.... Joe/Jane Bloggs wishes to lose weight, so a diet is the 'logical solution'. But is it? Perhaps not. When the desired weight is reached, the diet ends and so, slowly, but surely, the pounds return once more, eating habits resume - sound familiar? Now, here is some food for thought... What if you could re-programme your sub-conscious to make you eat properly and not excessively. Making you enjoy food all the more, giving you a feeling of health. No more desire to snack between meals because your mind tells you when you are full. No more restrictions/certain food diets... How much money is wasted each year on dieting? Books, slimming classes etc. The whole dieting industry relies on failure! What a relief it would be to escape this treadmill and think like a thin person... Energy levels will increase naturally, so motivation increases too and metabolism.
Mr Smith (fictional character) started his first day at the cake factory. He was quite eager to work, easy job on the production line. All he had to do is look for defective cakes and throw them into a waste bin. His supervisor gave him moral support, showed him what to look out for. Icing being too much, too little etc etc. To Mr. Smith's amazement, he was told he could eat all he wanted. As long as he didn't hold up production. This job was too good to be true! Now, I'm sure you can all see where I'm going with this... After just a few cakes, the novelty of it all changed some what. He couldn't enjoy the taste anymore. In just a single day, he could never look at a cake the same way again. We have all done similar things to poor old Mr. Smith. Perhaps eaten too much cake, cookies, chocolate or just food in general. Remember your parents saying, "eat up or you won't get any dessert..." you had to force the last portion of your food down. But I bet you still ate dessert! Overeating is very common. Its something that has been slowly programmed into us over time. Modern society doesn't help matters, advertising, fast food, programming by our parents or even school dinners! Jamie Oliver (British chef) has done wonders getting the government to take notice of the junk schools are serving our future leaders. Just as we learnt to overeat by programming, we can undo that programming and replace it with something more beneficial. ~ Knowing what is sufficient for our personal needs.
